All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Escape Velocity Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated registered company.
Return of Goods for Credit or Refund.
Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with express approval of the seller.
- Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number (return Merchandise Authority). Please email us to obtain your RMA number. Click here.
- Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of shipping and the original invoice number must be quoted.
- Where goods are accepted (for credit or refund at the sellers discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense into the seller's store or warehouse in original condition and packaging. Returned products are the buyers responsibility until they reach the seller. The seller shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
- The seller reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns the seller may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 15% of the invoice price and levied at the sellers absolute discretion.
- Any refunds (at the sellers discretion) will be refunded in the form of the original payment used by the buyer.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Escape Velocity Limited product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Escape Velocity Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Escape Velocity Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Escape Velocity Limited shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Escape Velocity Limited without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
