Bit more formation flying than combat but hey... :?8-)

Had a great little blast up at shannon the other day with the palmy regulars. The SW wind was biting cold, but the lift was really strong for a couple of hours before slowly fading out with the last light of the day..

Stefan had his Fatshark FPV system up and running he was trusting enough to let me have a fly through the goggles, it took a little bit to get used to flying mode 2 but was easy enough to fly around without the motor on for a bit, and then soaring around getting a feel for the lift. The sensation is incredible at first, :? when you pull up you get a sensation in your stomach like :shock: you should be experiencing some g force here whats happening? :? Would be interesting to try a couple of rolls and loops :lol:
